This site is maintained as an information resource and service for the Beta Xi Chapter of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, all active and alumni brothers, potential new members, parents, the Greek community at Texas Tech, and any other interest parties.

Any personal information we provide or receive via e-mail or one of our online forms is used for the sole purposes of interacting with you and (ultimately) maintaining accurate records about you. While some of the information collected and available here will be used by the brothers of Alpha Gamma Rho and Beta Xi Chapter to contact you via e-mail, regular mail or phone, the information you provide or that is stored or used on this website will NEVER be resold or distributed, nor will it be distributed or disseminated to those not directly affiliated with Alpha Gamma Rho, the Beta Xi Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho, or the Beta Xi Alumni Corporation. In other words, anything that is stored or submitted or used on this site is for internal fraternity purposes only. This site has taken measures to further ensure your privacy by offering certain information only through password-protected access, and then only to the brothers (active and alumni) of Beta Xi Chapter.

Spam

Everyone hates spam, and it has become the scourge of the Internet. We have taken steps through this website to protect the e-mail addresses that are stored in this site's database and used while interacting with this system. Spambots, which are automatic programs used by spammers that surf the Internet and collect e-mail addresses, are virtually unable to harvest e-mail addresses from this site.

Non-personally Identifiable Information

This web application collects certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit, such as the type of web browser in use, the IP address from which browser requests originate, the type of operating system and version that is running on your comptuer, and the domain name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) you use. We use this information not only for security logging and tracking purposes, but also to help us track site utilization and determine the best ways to deliver the content of this site.
